A Radiance from Nature
Comes to Life with Elsa Crystal.

Crystal production comes to life through the masterful shaping of nature's purest materials.
Raw materials such as high-purity silica sand, soda, lime, and lead oxide, which provides crystal's unique brilliance,
are carefully prepared. These materials are mixed in specific proportions and melted at high
temperatures to obtain a homogeneous glass melt.

The molten glass is maintained at an ideal temperature and prepared for the shaping stage. In crystals
produced with traditional craftsmanship, each piece is individually formed using the blowing method.
These products, shaped by the hands of master artisans, come to life with unique details in each
one.

After shaping is complete, the crystals are slowly cooled in special annealing ovens to increase their durability. This reduces the fragility of the glass while giving it a long-lasting structure. Then, polishing and cutting processes perfect the surfaces. Patterns created with diamond-tipped tools allow light to dance on the crystal surface.

In the final stage, the rim edges are processed with special techniques to achieve a perfect form, both aesthetically and functionally. The crystal, having passed through quality control processes, is then hygienically prepared with final touches and presented for your use.
